How do I register?
Call 538-2266 or email bccsantarosa@gmail.com.  A tour is usually given and paperwork provided at that time. The registration fee will secure a child’s placement.  Money will only be accepted if there is an available spot.

Can I trade days without being charged extra?     
No.

Do I still have to pay even if my child is sick, on vacation, or out for the summer?
Our policy does not give credit for sick or vacation time.  A child may withdraw for the month of July and return for the new school year if a registration fee has been paid.

Will I be charged for extra care if I drop my child off late and pick him/her up late?
Yes,  Anytime before or after the reserved time will accrue a $12.00 per hour charge.

How can I get a receipt?
Notify the office that you would like a monthly receipt. It will be emailed to you on the 10th of every  month.

How are extra care fees recorded?
Parents write the exact time of drop off or pick up on the in/out sheets when it exceeds the reserved time. Either the day of or at the end of the month, payments with a notation of extra care may be placed in the tuition mailbox. (We use the honor system.)

Who can sign a monthly statement?
The director or an administrative assistant.

I need an extra day, how do I do that?
Call or email the office to see if there is an available slot.

How does Bethlehem bill?
We do not send out a bill.  Your tuition is due by the 1st of each month (by cash or check) and late after the 5th. Bimonthly payment arrangements are available, due on the 1st and 15th of each month.  For your convenience we have placed a black mailbox in the lower level Otter classroom and the upper level office. We do not accept credit cards.

Can I get a ledger for tax purposes?
Contact the office for a copy or we can email it to you.  Our Tax ID   #680386416
