Strengths Based Leadership

We believe when we operate within our strengths as a team, big things can happen.  We purpose to work within our strengths in order to impart to children our love of learning through carefully planned environments and caring conversations.

Deborah McNally since 1987

Mrs. McNally has been a teacher and an administrator with Bethlehem Children's Center since 1987.  She worked as the kindergarten teacher and assistant director for 25 years before becoming the director in 2015.  She believes her God given strengths are:  maximizing, ideation and input.   She is excited to team up with fellow co-director, Tiffany Perry.

Tiffany Perry since 2000

Mrs. Perry has been a teacher in our Otter classroom since 2000.  In the past she has worked as an elementary school teacher and as a bookkeeper. She looks forward to bringing these strengths to her new position as the director. She is the mother of three delightful little boys and recently a daughter! She is excited to team up with fellow co-director, Deborah McNally.

Strengths Based Leadership

Bethlehem Children’s Centers administrative and teaching faculty uses Strengths Based Leadership to provide children with optimal brain development opportunities. Strengths Based Leadership grew from Gallup research over the last 70 years concerning human behavior. The premise is that each person has a natural way of thinking, feeling and behaving which is called a talent. There are 34 talent categories. After taking an online quiz, each teacher was given her top five areas of talent in which she operates. Through addition of skill, knowledge and experience, the talents become strengths. We believe that when we operate within our strengths as a team, big things can happen. We purpose to work within our strengths in order to impart to children our love of learning through carefully planned environments and caring conversations.
