Strengths Based Leadership
We believe when we operate within our strengths as a team, big things can happen. We purpose to work within our strengths in order to impart to children our love of learning through carefully planned environments and caring conversations.

Strengths Based Leadership
Bethlehem Children’s Centers administrative and teaching faculty uses Strengths Based Leadership to provide children with optimal brain development opportunities. Strengths Based Leadership grew from Gallup research over the last 70 years concerning human behavior. The premise is that each person has a natural way of thinking, feeling and behaving which is called a talent. There are 34 talent categories. After taking an online quiz, each teacher was given her top five areas of talent in which she operates. Through addition of skill, knowledge and experience, the talents become strengths. We believe that when we operate within our strengths as a team, big things can happen. We purpose to work within our strengths in order to impart to children our love of learning through carefully planned environments and caring conversations.
