Transitional Kindergarten Curriculum - Student Centered

The tkindergarten teachers provide a student-centered learning climate where the children are free to move around the room, engage in vocabulary rich conversations and make individual choices about their learning.  The children will be introduced to alphabet knowledge through phonemic awareness activities, writing activities and oral blending activities. Our tkindergarten uses the Language Arts curriculum Core Knowledge which is researched based and field tested.
