Tuition information
Billing is done through our app Brightwheel. You will receive notification that tuition is due 3 days before the first of the month. Your tuition is due by the 1st of each month and late after the 5th. Bimonthly payment arrangements are available, due on the 1st and 15th of every month. For your convenience you may pay with accept credit/debit cards or set up autopay with convenience through Brightwheel. If you prefer to pay by check, we have placed a black mailbox on the lower level, in the Otter classroom and the office on the upper level. Extra care is $12.00 per hour.
All registration forms along with an annual $350.00 non-refundable registration fee must be returned to the Center before admission. The $350.00 fee is due each year. Parents must notify the Center immediately of any changes in emergency and/or identification information.

We realize there are always extenuating circumstances that happen in any schedule, so please see the dropdown menus below for more information regarding any further questions you may have.
The monthly payment is the same regardless of the number of reserved days used. There is no provision for trading reserved days for extra days for part-time children. After the first child, additional children’s fees are discounted 10%. The child with the highest tuition rate is considered to be the first child.
BLC families are given a 10% discount for each child.
The Tuition rates are in effect the first school day of each year until superseded in writing at least one month in advance.
As we have openings, we register children for reserved time with basic guidelines:
- Minimum days per week - two (2)
- Minimum hours per day - three (3)
- Every Panda child must be registered for a complete preschool session each reserved day (8:45-11:45).
- Out of courtesy for nappers, Panda children should not be picked up between 12:00 and 2:30, unless there is an emergency.
- Reserved time on your Admission Agreement reflects the actual time of drop off and pick up. Staffing is determined by these times. Accuracy and punctuality is very important.
Regularly scheduled children’s hours may be extended before and beyond your reserved time at $12.00 per hour when requested in advance. You will be billed in Brightwheel the following business day.
After 4:30 PM, each minute will be $1.00 per child. You will be billed and the money will go directly to the closing staff.
Monthly or bi-monthly payments are prepaid on the 1st and/or the 16th of each month. If a payment is not received by the 5th or the 20th of any month, a $15.00 late fee may be added. If an account is seven days in arrears, the child is liable for dismissal. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
As slots become available, additional days may be used if permission is given by the teacher or director the preceding day. Any permanent change in your child’s schedule will require a clearance from the director along with a new admission agreement. You are allowed one free time change per year. A $15.00 service fee will be incurred thereafter.
Credit/Debit card payments may be made via Brightwheel. You may also set up recurring autopayments for your convenience. Inside the Otter classroom and Office are mailboxes for your depositing check payments. Notes to the Directors may also be left in these mailboxes. Online banking mailed to BCC is an option. Cafeteria or work reimbursement plans are welcomed. Receipts may be printed directly from Brightwheel.
For Summer Drop in students: Summer tuition includes the entire month of July. Once your summer admission agreement has been signed you are responsible for full summer payment regardless.
Since our monthly rates are averaged to include holidays and inservice days, there are no discounts or make-up days for closings. The days we are closed include:

- Presidents Days
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veteran’s Day
- Wednesday beforeThanksgiving Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day following
- Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day and the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day
- New Year’s Eve Day
- Teacher In-service Days (5 school days in August).
If a holiday falls on a weekend, a Friday or Monday will be observed.
